- modify manual media selection to have manual mirror selection by default
- add legacy distro support
- add generatelist.pl and generate mirrorlists for legacy distros

- shorten command lines (variables or linebreaks)
- preselected medias in manual media selection (hardcoded and/or media.cfg
  parsing)
- make translation.php show the already translated file with untranslated
  strings appended
